t9999 Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "t9999", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the t9999 online gaming platform operated at t9999.today and all related services, products, and systems.
• "Player", "you", or "the User" refers to any individual who registers an account with t9999 or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on t9999 to access gaming products and financial services.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's t9999 Account.
• "Gaming Products" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, slots, fishing games, wheel games, and any other wagering products offered on t9999.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, free bet, cashback credit, or any other non-cash promotional value credited to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wagering turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "Verification" means the identity, age, and payment method verification process conducted by t9999 to confirm Player eligibility and account integrity.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as updated from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on t9999, accessing any part of the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use t9999 and must not register an account.

These Terms apply to all use of the t9999 platform, including use via web browser on desktop and mobile devices. Acceptance is treated as a binding legal agreement between you and t9999 from the moment of account registration or first use of the platform, whichever is earlier.

3. Eligibility

Use of t9999 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met and maintained throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. t9999 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. Use of t9999 by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. Minors and persons under legal incapacity may not register or use t9999.
• Single account: Each eligible individual may hold only one t9999 account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances across all associated accounts.
• Not a t9999 employee: Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of t9999 or its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in gaming products on the platform.
• Self-exclusion status: Individuals who have activated self-exclusion on t9999 are not eligible to register new accounts or use the platform during the exclusion period.

t9999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access t9999 gaming products, you are required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party for any reason. t9999 will never ask for your password through any channel — any communication requesting your password should be treated as unauthorised and reported to t9999 support immediately.

t9999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence verification on any account at any stage of the player relationship, including requesting certified copies of identity documents, source of funds documentation, or other supporting materials. Accounts undergoing verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended pending completion of the verification process.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and the PKR Wallet

All financial transactions on t9999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The t9999 PKR Wallet is your account's primary financial instrument. Funds deposited to t9999 are held in the PKR Wallet and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmed receipt, subject to the deposit method's processing timeline.

Accepted deposit methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Visa debit/credit cards, Mastercard debit/credit cards, and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are published in the t9999 cashier interface.

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified by t9999 as belonging to the account holder. t9999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, including accounts held in names other than the registered account holder's name. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during operational hours; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed same business day; USDT cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one hour subject to network confirmation time.

t9999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large withdrawals, withdrawals from accounts that have not previously withdrawn, or withdrawals where the source of deposited funds is unclear. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending completion of such verification.

Player funds held in the t9999 PKR Wallet are maintained in accounts segregated from t9999's operational funds. t9999 does not use player funds for operational purposes. This segregation ensures that player balances remain available for withdrawal independently of t9999's business financial position.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

t9999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all t9999 bonuses and promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per eligible account, per household, per IP address, or per payment method, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering Requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms and are calculated on the total bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Not all games on t9999 contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at reduced rates ranging from 10% to 50%; certain game categories may not contribute at all. Contribution rates for each game category are published in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds have a validity period after which unmet Wagering Requirements cause the bonus and any associated winnings to be forfeited. Validity periods are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum withdrawal limits from bonus-derived winnings may apply and are stated in individual promotion terms where applicable.

7. Gaming Rules and Bet Settlement

All gaming products on t9999 — including cricket and sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, Royal Fishing, and Super Wheel — are governed by specific game rules published within each game or market interface. By participating in any gaming product, you confirm you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Sports betting: Pre-match and in-play cricket and sports betting markets are offered subject to published market rules. Odds are expressed as offered at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at which it was placed are locked in and are not subject to change. t9999 reserves the right to void or amend bets where a clear and obvious error in odds has occurred, including a manifestly incorrect odds price resulting from data feed or human error.

Live casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events — the actual position of a roulette ball, the actual result of a card shuffle and deal, or the actual result of a dice throw — conducted at certified studio facilities operated by t9999's licensed studio partners. t9999 as the platform operator does not control or influence live dealer game outcomes.

Slots and RNG games: Slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems operated by the game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published and available in the game information panel. Actual session results will vary from theoretical RTP values.

In the event of a technical failure during an active gaming session — including server disconnection, game crash, or platform outage — t9999 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server records. Where reconstruction is not possible, t9999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the player's PKR Wallet. t9999 is not liable for losses attributable to technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on t9999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent account termination:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), regardless of the identity used for each account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent time.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical device that places bets or interacts with the platform without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the t9999 platform or in any game to gain an advantage not available through normal game play.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match-fixing participation, or any form of dishonest manipulation of sports betting outcomes.
• Collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any casino game or gaming session.
• Using t9999 for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to t9999 by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements, including minors.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the t9999 platform or any of its systems.
• Misrepresenting your identity, nationality, or jurisdiction of residence to circumvent access restrictions or eligibility requirements.

t9999 reserves the right to withhold and permanently forfeit all balances — including real-money wallet funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — from accounts found to have engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct, regardless of the source of funds in the account at the time of suspension.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

t9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete verification requirements within a reasonable period.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve months, in accordance with our dormant account policy.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against t9999 transactions.
• Regulatory, licensing, or legal obligation requiring account suspension or closure.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold during the investigation period. Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, t9999 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all balances in the account. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than breach — including voluntary closure by the player — any verified real-money balance in the PKR Wallet will be processed for return to the player subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact t9999 support via the support email address. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five business days, after which access to the account is removed and any verified PKR Wallet balance is returned via the player's most recent withdrawal method.

10. Responsible Gaming

t9999 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and are accessible from the account dashboard without requiring support intervention:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session time limits: Set maximum session duration alerts and automatic logout timers.
• Stake limits: Set maximum single bet or stake amount limits per game category.
• Cool-off period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a specified period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cool-off period, the account is inaccessible for gaming but withdrawals may be processed.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from t9999 for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion is immediate upon activation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Contact t9999 support to activate self-exclusion if you cannot access the dashboard option.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the t9999 platform — including but not limited to the t9999 brand name, logo, website design, text content, game interfaces, graphics, software, and data — is the intellectual property of t9999 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the t9999 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, or creating derivative works from any t9999 content without express written permission from t9999.

Game content provided by third-party studio and game providers — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and others — is the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used on t9999 under licence. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is prohibited and may constitute infringement of both t9999's licence rights and the underlying provider's intellectual property rights.

12. Privacy and Data Processing

t9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the t9999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at t9999.today/privacy-policy.

By registering an account and using t9999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and regulatory reporting.

t9999 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and fulfil our legal and licensing obligations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t9999's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or any use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player to t9999 in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

t9999 is not liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Gaming losses suffered through normal, legal use of the t9999 platform.
• Loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
• Losses attributable to third-party payment processing delays or failures.
• Losses attributable to internet connectivity failures, device failures, or network disruptions.
• Losses resulting from technical failures in third-party game content provided by licensed studio partners.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits t9999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a player and t9999 regarding any aspect of the player's account, a transaction, a bet settlement, or the application of these Terms, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal complaint: The player must first submit a written complaint to t9999 via the support email address, describing the dispute in detail, including relevant dates, amounts, and game or transaction references. t9999 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with t9999's response to the initial complaint, the complaint may be escalated to the t9999 complaints management team by responding to the original complaint correspondence and requesting escalation. The escalated complaint will be reviewed by a senior team member within a further ten business days.
• Step 3 — Licensing authority: If the dispute remains unresolved after completing the internal complaint process, the player may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body or complaints mechanism specified by t9999's applicable gaming license authority, the details of which are available on request from t9999 support.

t9999 will not consider disputes submitted more than three months after the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes must be submitted in English.

15. Amendments to These Terms

t9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via notification to the registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the t9999 platform, with a minimum of fourteen days notice before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with regulatory or legal requirements — may take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the t9999 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.

The effective date and version number of the current Terms are displayed at the top of this document. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for updates. The most current version of the Terms is always available at t9999.today/terms-conditions.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which t9999 holds its international gaming license. The applicable jurisdiction's courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Players acknowledge that the laws of Pakistan may not recognise or enforce online gambling contracts. By using t9999, players confirm they are doing so at their own risk and in accordance with the laws applicable to their personal circumstances and location. t9999 makes no representation that its services are lawful, appropriate, or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of t9999 complies with all laws applicable to them.
